Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi boarding school (for boys)

Number of children, their age, and gender: 150 children aged 4 - 35 years

The Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Orphanage was founded in 1972. It is a social and medical institution for the permanent residence of imbecile children (boys) with profound mental disability who need third-party care, household and medical services, and can move independently. The children acquire labor skills in the sewing workshop and in the greenhouse farm, which was created at the orphanage. The institution has been repeatedly awarded diplomas and letters of appreciation from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine for participation in exhibitions dedicated to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The institution has a youth group with wards under the age of 35.
