The social protection system for the Kharkiv region's population includes the Bohodukhiv Children’s House, a municipal institution designed to provide accommodation and communal, social, medical, rehabilitation, and social services to children and people with disabilities.
Due to martial law, children with disabilities have been temporarily evacuated, and the institution houses 119 people with mental disabilities who were evacuated from residential institutions located in the de-occupied territories of the Kharkiv region.
